Were looking for aProject Delivery Specialistto join ourLiberty Blume teambased inBradford (BD4). This is ahybrid role requiring a minimum oftwo days per week in the office offered on a12-month fixed-term contract.
As a Project Delivery Specialist you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across People Services at Liberty Blume. Youll be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering a broad range of initiatives including people-centric projects payroll operations business readiness activities and continuous improvement programmes. Your work will help ensure that our processes remain efficient compliant and responsive to the evolving needs of the organisation.
What will you be doing
- Working with team members with functional and customer onboarding focus you will be delivering end to end projects that will bring new customers to Blume and our eco system
- You will be accountable for ensuring that all aspects of the onboarding project and go live is considered including Change Management communication to customer and employees system set up and readiness Impact assessments
- Ensure readiness of People Services so activities effectively transition to BAU within the operating model
- Manage all aspects of risks issues and contingency
- Ensures systems and processes are efficient and effective in relation to the project results
- Respond to in-depth / specialist customer queries and data issues relating directly to the project activity
- Working to deliver Continuous Improvement initiatives through the project roadmap
- Work towards being part of a robust self-managed team by initiating and improving collaborative ways of working such as team problem solving on critical issue and project challenges project prioritisation and cover cross team development and support
- Provision of continuity of project delivery through cross skilling knowledge sharing and individual and team ownership of development plans
- Support Project Administration delivery of their service levels and quality standards of project communications and their pro-active auditing maintenance and MI analysis of the People Portal
We tend to look for people with:
Essential
- Experience of leading on projects preferably in a HR Shared Services environment encompassing a collaboration with HR processes systems and technology
- Experience with one or more of the following: HR Benefits and Reward Payroll Change Management Business Readiness Continuous Improvement
- Experience in delivering a Saas product through to live environment for HR and Payroll modules
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to work within SLAs and conflicting priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint and MS Project
Preferred
- Prince 2 or Project management equivalent qualification (Agile/Lean)
- HR experience
- Broad understanding of external HR/Shared Services developments and emerging best practice
- Skills in process design methodology is beneficial
