Job Summary
Head Coach - Middle School Tennis
Spring Season (beginning February 2026)
Job Summary:
San Diego Jewish Academy is seeking two (2) Middle School Tennis Coaches for the 2025-26 Spring season. These positions will be responsible for fulfilling duties as assigned by the Athletic Director relevant to leading and organizing a middle school soccer team. Must have 2-5 years experience coaching at the club middle high school or college level. CPR/First-Aid certification and NFHS Concussion in Sport Certificate required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement practice plans
- Develop game strategies
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Ensure safety of players during practices and games
- Communicate effectively with parents school administration and other coaches
- Attend all practices and games
- Encourage and motivate team members
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience coaching at the club middle high school or college level
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- NFHS Concussion in Sports Certificate required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and encourage team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Compensation:
- $25/hour ($2000 for season)
