Job Description:
Join a high-execution team building software that helps organizations explore uncertainty using AI-powered synthetic audiences. This role goes beyond typical SaaS CRUD development; you will design complex systems that make AI outputs trustworthy and actionable. You will own features end-to-end making critical trade-offs between speed and long-term technical health.

Significant experience shipping high-quality code in fast-moving early-stage environments with high ambiguity
Strong proficiency in modern web technologies including React Python and cloud infrastructure such as GCP
A thinking-engineer mindset that balances pragmatism with deep care for system design and robustness
