What will you do
As a BIM Engineer you will play a key role in supporting project teams by coordinating managing and delivering BIM models in line with project and Aurecon standards.
- Coordinating BIM models across disciplines with a focus on MEP services
- Performing clash detection using Navisworks and leading coordination and resolution reviews
- Facilitating and attending BIM and coordination meetings with consultants clients and internal project teams
- Ensuring models and outputs comply with project BIM standards workflows and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Working closely with design engineers site teams and stakeholders to resolve design and constructability issues
- Designing and modelling Mechanical or Electrical services using Revit
- Producing accurate and coordinated drawings and BIM outputs for MEP services using Revit
- Supporting continuous improvement of BIM processes and best practices across projects

What can you bring to the team
Firstly you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. you will also need the following:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM)
- Minimum 2 years of design experience in Mechanical Engineering with a strong BIM focus
- Hands-on experience using Revit for MEP modelling and documentation
- Working knowledge of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks for coordination and clash detection
- Experience delivering building projects (e.g. commercial residential mixed-use healthcare or similar)
- Good understanding of BIM standards workflows and coordination processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
