Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated Full Time Project Techs to join our facilities management team in Columbus Ohio. This l position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in various aspects of facility maintenance and cleaning services.
- Learn and perform all phases of facilities management including:
- Floor care (various types)
- Carpet cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Window washing
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as grout cleaning and upholstery cleaning
- Work primarily evening shifts (starting after 4 PM) with occasional weekend hours
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Adapt to changing priorities and workloads as needed
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and knowledge in facilities management
- Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Participate in regular safety meetings and contribute to improving workplace safety practices
- Document completed tasks and report any issues or maintenance needs to supervisor
Starting rate of pay:
Little to No Experience $18.00 to $20.00hr.
Some Experience $20.00 to $22.00hr
Expert $22.00 to $25.00hr

Qualifications :
- Valid drivers license and proof of car insurance
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Physical stamina to perform various cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products (training provided)
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in facilities management
- Flexibility to work evening shifts (typically 4 PM to 12 AM or later) and occasional weekends
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
