Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities for Data Center Solutions.
Assist in understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical
specifications.
Support system design solution selection and application feasibility studies.
Participate in customer meetings site visits and technical presentations.
Assist with product demonstrations trainings and workshops.
Support troubleshooting activities and help perform root-cause analysis for technical issues.
Act as a technical interface between customers sales R&D and product management.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or engineering related field.
Fundamental technical understanding of engineering & electronics systems (e.g. AC/DC
converters UPS cooling solutions) and products.
Basic understanding of technical documentation schematics or system diagrams.
Ability to first response on-site fault isolation coordinate failure analysis with factory
implement and verify corrective actions.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical. stakeholders.
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
Ability to work in international cross-functional teams.
Working Location: Hoofddorp The Netherlands
Experience in a technical or engineering environment/project.
Basic knowledge of safety quality or compliance concepts.
Additional European language skills.
