We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised candidate to support AIG UKs Marketing and Communications (M&C) team in managing events budgets processes and the compliance of marketing and communications materials. Reporting to the Head of Events for the UK the ideal candidate will have previous project management experience be highly organised and have experience of or the ability to work across various marketing technology platforms including email marketing and CRM tools.
How you will create an impact
Support the organisation and management of high impact and cost effective externally facing events (virtual and in-person) and hospitality for internal teams/departments.
Analyse feedback speaker discussion salesforce data client retention and new product opportunities for the continued development and relevance of externally focused events.
Work with Global Meeting Services and the Legal team for compliance efficiency risk mitigation and cost saving purposes for budget reconciliation and venue sourcing compliance globally.
Work with the M&C team and other stakeholders to implement streamlined processes for marketing campaigns and projects.
Monitor timelines deliverables and deadlines to support successful campaign and event executions
Ensure operational efficiency by documenting best practices and workflows.
Undertake regular audits of content on various channels and collaborate with legal compliance and M&C teams to ensure marketing content is correct relevant and regularly updated and meets regulatory legal and brand compliance requirements.
Manage the head-shot photography schedule maintain the image and profile library its organisation and management in compliance with GDPR.
Salesforce and campaign mapping support with setup scheduling and deployment monitoring campaign performance and generate reports to measure success as needed
Assist in tracking and reconciling marketing budgets and expenditures.
Liaise with Finance and the Sourcing & Procurement team to ensure budget accuracy and adherence.
Manage supplier onboarding and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to process invoices and manage payments.
Act as a liaison between M&C and other internal teams/departments like Client & Broker Engagement (CBE) Finance Procurement etc. as needed for better process alignment.
What youll need to succeed
3-4 years of experience in supporting virtual/in-person events marketing operations project management or related roles.
Be highly organised able to prioritise conflicting workloads and a flexible approach to changing priorities.
Strong analytical skills demonstrable through Excel and comfortable working with numbers and budgets.
Experience with digital analytics and performance tracking.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Can demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork.
