Job Summary
- Support sales plans promotions and team incentives
- Work with marketing to keep all golf promotions up to date
- Understand departmental budgets and revenue targets
- Report on all golfrelated revenues
- Take a commercial approach to daily operations to help drive income
- Look for ways to improve service and introduce new ideas
- Ensure all Golf Services follow SOPs and brand standards
- Help maintain and improve guest satisfaction scores
- Lead by example in delivering an exceptional guest journey
- Support colleagues and promote a positive team culture
- Train and guide junior team members
- Contribute to team development and succession planning
- Monitor business levels to ensure smooth daily operations
- Work closely with other departments to maximise performance
- Maintain cleanliness in all front and backofhouse golf areas
- Attend weekly Resort Operations Meetings when possible
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in golf operations or guestfacing leisure services within a luxury resort or premium hospitality setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and customerservice skills
- Good organisational and leadership abilities
- Basic IT proficiency (PMS booking systems Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work outdoors and manage the physical demands of the role
- Knowledge of golf etiquette products and services (preferred)
- First Aid certification (preferred)
