Head of Trading & Portfolio (fmx)

• Lead all front-office power trading activities as Power Desk Head / Head of Portfolio
• Define and execute trading & hedging strategies across the portfolio
• Build scale and run the trading desk incl. analytics function
• Design and execute the hedge program incl. hedge curve shaping and trading execution
• Structure and execute power and hedge products / instruments
• Drive portfolio optimization (assets structured products hedging instruments) to maximize margin and reduce volatility
• Provide interface to Sales / Pricing to enable optimal pricing and structured deal execution
• Set requirements and drive setup of HPFC construction (018 months)

Qualifications :

• Strong experience in power trading / hedging / portfolio management (power markets preferred)
• Proven track record in building and running trading desks or trading functions
• Deep understanding of hedging instruments structured products and portfolio integration
• Strong execution capability: trade structuring market execution
• Strong analytical skillset: ability to work with pricing models market data and analytics
• Experience with fundamental power price / market modeling (cross-commodity is a plus)
• Leadership mindset: can build teams set standards and operate in high-stakes environments
