About the position

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Market Solution Specialist to help shape the future of our regional application landscape connecting business stakeholders with development teams to deliver solutions that matter. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how technology supports our operations across the Nordics from back-end systems and integrations to customer-facing products.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with specialists and conduct strategic analysis with key stakeholders

• Gather and analyse business requirements translate and define needs into actionable items for technical teams to address

• Facilitate workshops perform backlog grooming and manage initiative prioritization

• Monitor progress and performance troubleshoot and resolve blockers as well as ensuring timely delivery of initiatives

• Conduct in-depth technical analyses in the area of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) systems

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business needs and quality criteria

Formal Requirements

• Academic degree preferably in Computer Science or software engineering

• 4 years of experience in business analysis application ownership and user acceptance testing

• Knowledge of integrations and managing dependencies between multiple teams

• Experience from project and product management as well as working with Agile development teams (preferably virtual teams in an international setting)

• Fluency in Swedish and English both written and verbal
