- Own Bosch automotive semiconductor sales business in the ASEAN region driving market entry and sales growth.
- Lead new business development including customer identification and early engagement to achieve sales breakthrough from zero to first revenue.
- Build and manage relationships with OEMs Tier-1 customers and distributors across ASEAN.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from opportunity development to nomination and SOP support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-oriented solutions.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs providing market insights to internal stakeholders.
- Closely collaborating with BBM M local sales BST MS etc. organization in ASEAN
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or above in Engineering or related fields
- 5 years experience in automotive tier1 or semiconductor industry sales project mgmt. product development or business development.
- Good understanding of automotive tier1 or semiconductor products .
- Proven capability in new business development and customer management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel within ASEAN
- Working experiences with ASEAN customers are preferred
