AI and Cloud Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary individual to join us as a AI & Cloud Development Engineer.

In this pivotal role you will be instrumental in spearheading the introduction development and robust establishment of Google AgentSpace within the Bosch Group. You will be the driving force behind the creation and implementation of cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that optimize our processes and enable new business models. This position demands not only outstanding technical expertise but also a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to think innovatively beyond conventional boundaries.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic Integration: You will play a leading role in conceptualizing and implementing the strategy for integrating Google AgentSpace into Boschs existing IT infrastructure and application landscape.
• Architecture & Development: Design develop and implement scalable AI applications and services leveraging Google Cloud Functions Google AgentSpace APIs and other relevant Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Python Expertise: Utilize your deep proficiency in Python to build robust and efficient backend systems AI models and data pipelines.
• API Development & Integration: Be responsible for developing and deploying high-performance APIs ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems.
• AI Model Implementation: Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to transition AI models into production-ready applications and optimize their performance.
• Cloud Operations & MLOps: Ensure the smooth operation scalability and maintainability of developed solutions adhering to best practices for cloud infrastructure MLOps and DevOps.
• Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer: Actively share your expertise with colleagues contributing to the establishment of an internal center of excellence for Google AgentSpace and AI.
• Proactive Innovation: Independently identify new use cases and potentials for Google AgentSpace within the Bosch Group and drive their implementation.

Qualifications :

• Exceptional Python Proficiency: Fluent in Python with extensive hands-on experience in developing complex applications scripts and production-grade systems.
• Deep AI Understanding: Solid understanding of Machine Learning Natural Language Processing (NLP) and the architecture of AI systems. Practical experience with AI agents conversational AI or generative AI models is a significant advantage.
• Google Cloud Platform Expertise: Proven experience in developing and deploying applications on GCP specifically with Google Cloud Functions Google App Engine Pub/Sub Firestore/Cloud SQL and relevant AI services (e.g. Vertex AI Dialogflow Gen AI APIs).
• API Development Acumen: Experienced in designing developing and managing RESTful APIs with a strong grasp of API design principles security and versioning.
• Cloud Functions Specialist: Practical experience in implementing deploying and managing serverless functions is essential.
• Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset: You think and act like an entrepreneur are solution-oriented identify opportunities and are willing to take calculated risks to realize innovative ideas.
• Proactive and Results-Driven Mindset: A self-starter who actively embraces challenges demonstrates initiative and consistently delivers tangible results.
