Key Responsibilities
- Design develop test and integrate data solution of medium complexity;
- Participates in evaluation and implementation of design solutions to improve cost quality and performance of data applications;
- Provides technical direction to team members in order to solve complex design/production problems;
- Coaches and Mentors Junior Team members on technical front;
- Serve as an advocate for data best practices and data management discipline policies and standards;
- Demonstrates strong collaboration skills across teams and business stakeholders across products;
- Follows Agile software design methodology for software configuration and development;
- Maintains system documentation and keeps it relevant as needed.
Skills You Need
- Bachelors degree in Computer/Software Engineering Computer Science or equivalent fields ;
- Advanced English: a broad vocabulary good grammar and the ability to lead meetings argue negotiate and conduct trainings;
- Experience in developing testing and maintaining complex architectures tools such as AWS Spark and Databricks.
- Experience in Design and implement data pipelines ETL processes and data storage solutions that support data-intensive applications
- ExperienceJava/Python Datastructure and Algorithms
- Experience in cloud development with the AWS platform
- Implementation experience of engineering practices like TDD DevSecOps Software automation CI/CD. Strong understanding of Agile and XP practices
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
