Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Luxury Construction Project Manager in Geneva to join a dynamic international team at a highly regarded general construction and real estate group in Geneva.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the full design and execution process for luxury construction projects ensuring the clients specifications are met with precision and excellence.
- Prepare detailed CEA (Cost Estimates and Analysis) submission documents from architectural and designer inputs including quantified cost breakdowns and estimates.
- Drive technical and architectural integration including clash resolution and alignment of BIM thermal acoustic and fire safety requirements.
- Manage contractor consultations selection tendering and subcontractor contracts.
- Oversee planning and track design study timelines implementing action plans as needed.
- Execute contract management fabrication reviews sample and prototype validations and on-site coordination from delivery to installation and finishes.
- Conduct progress meetings prepare reports and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and schedule adherence.
- Supervise handovers final inspections and project documentation (DOE).
Requirements
- Masters degree or equivalent engineering qualification (e.g. EPF HES ESTP Mines).
- Several years of proven experience in project management within a general construction environment particularly on luxury or high-end residential projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials at the highest quality standards.
- Demonstrated experience on prestigious CEA projects and a reliable network of trusted luxury artisans and subcontractors.
- Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Comfortable working with numbers and complex project details.
- Fluent English (minimum B2; C1C2 preferred) and strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills diplomacy and the ability to manage relationships with clients and partners effectively.
