Position Focus
This is a training-driven position with a focus on:
Light maintenance and basic repair work
Oil changes and routine services
Factory recalls and campaign work
Following written instructions accurately and consistently
Training Expectations
This role requires a technician who is motivated to complete training and take ownership of their growth.
The right candidate will:
Complete all provided web-based training on time
Learn quickly and apply training in daily work
Understand that this is a production environment where performance matters

Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent reading comprehension and attention to detail
Recalls include step-by-step written procedures and must be completed by following instructions exactly
Basic automotive knowledge or hands-on experience preferred
Ability to learn new technology repair and service procedures and specifications
Basic computer skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
Responsibilities
Perform oil changes tire rotations and basic maintenance services efficiently
Complete factory recalls by following step-by-step repair instructions
Perform work specified on the repair order according to dealership policies and procedures
Communicate clearly with the team when additional help or direction is needed
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
Stay productive and focused throughout the day
