The Team

This role sits within the Program Management team in Commercial Operations.

The Strategic Program Management team drives prioritization and alignment across commercial functions and technology partners ensuring the successful execution of key strategic crossfunctional initiatives that strengthen the desirability of our brands (Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein).

The team is widely recognized across the organization for delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Their effectiveness is rooted in radical collaboration strong peopleleadership capabilities clear and proactive communication and a strong bias for action.

Guided by company priorities the team executes strategic programs across Ecommerce FullPrice Retail Outlet Wholesale Marketing IT and Analytics.

The Position

As a Project Manager you will lead endtoend complex projects across Ecommerce FullPrice Retail Outlet Wholesale Marketing IT and Analytics. Reporting to the Director of Program Management you will ensure that largescale initiatives are effectively planned governed delivered and closed with discipline clarity and measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as business partners: Shaping and influencing strategic decisions around projects managed. Driving alignment between delivery plans and long-term business objectives.

  • Drive Portfolio Prioritization: Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and the EMEA leadership team to define evaluate and prioritize the project portfolio.

  • Deliver collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with the Commercial teams Global Brand teams IT Finance and Commercial Operations.

  • Lead Program Initiation: Oversee the creation of business cases capex flows and project charters securing alignment and approvals from Finance and senior management.

  • Scope Definition & Change Control: Ensuring clear definition of scope and managing scope changes through a structured changecontrol process.

  • Apply the Right Delivery Frameworks: Select and utilize appropriate delivery methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile Hybrid SAFe) based on project scope complexity and organizational needs.

  • KPI & Benefits Tracking: Defining success metrics and ensuring that project outcomes and benefits are measured and reported.

  • Lead Resource Planning: Identify internal and external resource requirements secure resource commitments and align teams on time allocation and responsibilities.

  • Stakeholder Mapping & Communication: Develop and maintain a clear stakeholder map communicating updates regularly and ensuring transparency across all levels.

  • Vendor Management (if applicable): Coordinating with external partners aligning on SOWs tracking deliverables and managing vendor performance.

  • Business Readiness & Change Management: Driving business readiness including training coordination communications process changes and adoption tracking (in partnership with Change teams if applicable).

  • Timeline & Budget Oversight: Monitor project timelines and budgets ensuring delivery is on track and aligned with the approved scope.

  • Dependency Management: Identify track and manage dependencies across other projects to ensure alignment and avoid delivery conflicts.

  • RAID Management: Drive structured management of Risks Assumptions Issues and Dependencies (L1 by delivery teams L2 by project managers L3 by program managers).

  • PostLaunch Stabilization Support: Overseeing the hypercare period ensuring performance KPIs and issues are addressed after golive.

  • Continuous Improvement: Capture key learnings and embed continuous improvements into delivery practices and project frameworks.

Note: Responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Management Economics Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management commercial project management or digital transformation with proven success delivering largescale global programs

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels in a complex global matrix organization

  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools including Atlassian (Jira Confluence) Asana and Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint)

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders

  • Advanced problemsolving skills able to analyze complex issues and define practical effective solutions

  • Endtoend project management experience covering scoping alignment execution training and rollout

  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable digital solutions

  • Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 Agile Hybrid or SAFe

  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data and support informed decisionmaking

  • Ability to balance shortterm delivery needs with longterm strategic goals

  • Knowledge of fashion ecommerce or brickandmortar retail processes is a plus

  • Understanding of digital security privacy and compliance best practices

  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization (preferred)

  • Interest in innovation consumercentric design and digital excellence
