The Senior Utilities Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate utility consumption tracking billing validation and cost recovery across the property portfolio. The role works closely with senior stakeholders and provides meaningful input into budgeting forecasting and strategic utility optimisation initiatives.

- Support budgeting forecasting and ongoing cost management for utilities across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with tenants municipalities service providers and internal teams to resolve utility-related queries.
- Identify and implement process improvements technology solutions and energy efficiency initiatives.
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Education:
- Matric / Grade 12
- BCom Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in utilities management within the energy services or property management sector
- Experience working in multi-tenanted property environments
- Exposure to portfolio-level utility reporting and stakeholder engagement
