Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Geelong as a Services Attendant where youll help create seamless and positive experiences for our customers.

This role supports service delivery across Car Park and Concierge operations combining hands-on customer assistance with office-based tasks. Youll play an important role in supporting day-to-day centre operations assisting customers on the floor and contributing behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. There is also the opportunity to build broader service capability through cross-training in Concierge.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

Providing friendly and professional service across Car Park and Concierge supporting customers and centre operations as required
Assisting customers with parking enquiries traffic flow and general support throughout the centre
Maintaining a safe clean and well-organised car park environment
Completing administrative and computer-based tasks including data entry reporting and managing phone and online enquiries
Supporting Concierge services when required including processing Westfield Gift Card sales

This role is a casual position ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

Comfortable working in both office-based and hands-on operational environments
Experienced in customer service roles such as retail hospitality or similar (beneficial but not essential)
