Job Summary
Brunel has partnered with Incat a global leader in high-speed aluminium vessel construction to recruit skilled Fabricators for their operations in Australia.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced trades professionals interested in relocating to Australia and working on world-class shipbuilding projects.
Fabricators build shape and assemble metal components into finished structures. They work from drawings and turn metal materials into vessels. We are looking for fabricators with aluminium maritime experience.
In this role you will:
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Operate machinery to make precise cuts shapes welds bends and repairs
- Use tools safely and to the Incat standard
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal direct supervision
- Good attention to detail with the ability to follow set working procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent high-quality work in a team environment
- Identify and manage the hazards and safety risks associated with all assigned task and jobs
