Pennsylvania Steel Company Inc. is seeking a Truck Driver - Class A or B - Flatbed - Steel Hauling - for our Carnegie PA location.

Pennsylvania Steel Company Inc. a leading distributor of steel and aluminum in Carnegie PA is looking for a Class A or B licensed drive to safely operate a commercial flatbed vehicle to transport and deliver material to our customers.

We are veteran owned business with 12 locations and over 50 years in the industry.

What Youll Do:

* Safely deliver steel products to loyal customers across Western PA
* Secure loads and perform full pre-trip/post-trip inspections
* Verify count and condition of materials when loading and unloading
* Report vehicle maintenance needs
* Comply with DOT regulations
* Maintain a clean driving record
* Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
* Build relationships with great customers who count on your professionalism
* Represent Pennsylvania Steel with pride courtesy and safety on the road
* Work Monday-Friday (local/regional routes onlyno overnights)

Experience and Skills:

What You Bring:

* Valid CDL Class A or B License
* Clean driving record and current medical card
* 2 years of CDL experience preferred
* Ability to handle physical tasks including but not limited to lifting bending assisting customers with unloading material and securing loads
* Must pass a pre-employment physical drug test and background check
