Pay: $22$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Lead a toddler classroom in a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment
- Plan and implement activities that support language development motor skills and social-emotional growth
- Support daily routines including meals diapering/toileting transitions and rest time
- Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and progress updates
- Maintain a clean organized and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with teaching partners and leadership to ensure consistent high-quality care
- Follow all Massachusetts EEC health safety and licensing requirements
- Massachusetts EEC Toddler Teacher certification required
- At least 6 months of experience working with toddlers (1 year preferred)
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Competitive pay: $22$23/hr
