Home Instead is hiringOvernight Care Givers!
Donthave experience We provide paid extensive training toall ofour Care Givers!
Our Care Givers care for the health and well-being of seniors who need help with daily tasks and activities. Your aging loved one may need a Care Giver because of an injury mobility or memory issues illnesses or chronic conditions making everyday chores more challenging.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly clients or those recovering from surgeries injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs such as showering bathing dressing and eating
- Remindclients to take prescribed medication
- Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments walks etc.)
- Assist with personal care and hygiene
- Plan and prepare meals
- Complete clients shopping or accompany them to successfully do so
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting clients with their meals including serving and other tasks if necessary

Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid Class 5 drivers license - please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English
- Consistent non-flexible availability 8PM-8AM
- Clear criminal background check
- Residence in Calgary Alberta or surrounding areas
