About the role
The role will provide high quality business coordination and administration services to support the effective and efficient operations of the Threatened Species and Ecosystems branch. This will include records management assisting with staff recruitment and onboarding coordinating financial management systems such as accounts payable reviewing and improving business systems and supporting the implementation of a range of other administrative projects. It will also assist with completion of briefs and submissions.

About You
Are you a self-starter who is experienced in providing administrative support services This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the DCCEEW in supporting the coordination of briefings and correspondence and assisting with a wide variety of administrative support functions within the Branch.
You will play a pivotal role in managing the flow of communication and advice between the branch and other parts of DCCEEW. You will have the ability to prioritise requests manage workloads and exercise independent sound judgement in an environment with tight timelines and high volumes.
Strong organisational skills will be key to you successfully managing competing demands and tight deadlines. You will need to maintain attention to detail in delivering tasks in tight and challenging timeframes.
