In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Translate complex statistics and data into innovative visuals and charts so that domain experts and business users can better understand and make data-informed decisions.

• Design and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating reporting components from multiple data sources.

• Support activities for transversal consistency and accuracy of data identify missing data or data not aligned with data governance model and collaborate with the data owners to correct and ensure data stays compliant over time.

• Detect valuable trends from the data that would help with adapting or meeting SD&O objectives as well as objectives from Service and Application owners Service Delivery managers or Service Delivery Operations Teams.

• Facilitate recurring service performance reviews and present the results of data analysis to highlight anomalies and improvement opportunities.

• Design build and maintain ETL systems for data collection transformation and loading to meet reporting requirements.

• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into dashboard technical specifications.

• Develop and maintain data mapping across various systems and data sources.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Mathematics or Statistics-related courses; experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in the field of data analytics.

• Proficiency in analytics software such as Power BI and other similar tools.

• Proficiency in SQL Scripting in creating data models procedures and functions.

• Knowledge of Extract Transform and Load (ETL) technologies like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is a plus.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow and Service Desk best practices.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Strong capability in transforming complex datasets into clear actionable visual narratives using tools like Tableau Power BI or Excel

• AI-literate: Skilled in prompting and leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Claude Midjourney) to optimize workflows and accelerate development tasks.
