QPS is seeking an experienced and adaptable Sales Analyst who thrives on supporting leadership streamlining business processes and keeping operations running smoothly. This role based in Fredericton is perfect for someone who is equal parts organized digitally fluent people-oriented and confident in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

What youll do

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Provide analytic data support to executives and teammates meeting prep and minute-taking.
  • Manage CRM system records and support financial and accounting and payment tasks including bookkeeping invoicing and customer & provider payments coordination.
  • Oversee Customer supply management and document and hardware control processes (including shipping).
  • Help in booking internal and external company events.
  • Monitor marketing platforms assist with content scheduling and publication campaigns and event logistics.
  • Liaise with external partners and clients maintaining a polished and professional point of contact.
  • Organize internal documentation and process improvements ensuring business continuity.
  • Assist with administrative elements of international project coordination particularly in maritime-related projects.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using tools from Atlassian Microsoft 365 PowerBI and Copilot and other AI or software tools to support strategic decision-making.

  • Someone with integrity and discretion especially when handling financials or executive support
  • A customer-first outlook and natural warmth when engaging with partners or clients
  • An interest in the maritime offshore or hydrographic sector is a bonus.

Role Requirements

  • Eligible to work in both Canada and the USA required
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel occasionally
  • Previous experience in sales invoicing and/or operations
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • Experience with administrative systems CRM accounting and business software (Microsoft 365 issue tracking banking platforms)
  • Strong written and verbal communication confident in speaking with clients and colleagues
  • Organized and able to manage schedules meetings and documentation
  • Customer-focused with attention to onboarding follow-up and positive experiences
  • Team player who collaborates and knows when to escalate tasks
  • Willingness to learn new tools software and industry knowledge
  • Familiarity with maritime offshore hydrographic or oceanographic industries an asset
  • Familiarity with digital marketing knowledge (email campaigns analytics social media SEO)
  • Interest in sales and promoting products or services
  • Experience working with data reporting and analytics tools
