This practice specializes in treating patients in general surgery bariatrics orthopedics sports medicine and podiatry.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8am to 430pm must be flexible.
This is an on-site position at our Avenue North location in Wilmington DE.
Duties / Responsibilities:
As a customer service specialist you will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills by accurately responding to high volume calls scheduling appointments and handling phone notes. You will demonstrate sound judgement in escalating urgent calls and use computer tools like scheduling modules and EMRs. You must be able to multitask and handle calls appropriately using CCHS HEAT methodology when service issues arise. You will be interacting with patients physicians and staff providing accurate communication. You will perform assigned work safely adhering to departmental safety rules and report unsafe activities to the manager.

Education Requirements:
High School Graduate or GED required.
Prior call center customer service and medical office related experience preferred.
Computer and key boarding skill required
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
