PLANNING PROCEDURES & PROCESS
1. Responsible for Troubleshooting machines auxiliary equipment including a strong emphasis on electrical hydraulic pneumatic and machine maintenance
2. Responsible for Oiling and Greasing all machines
3. Will assist in the maintenance and organization of the Maintenance Shop and other areas where Maintenance Items/Tools are housed.
4. Responsible for fabrication to create part containment as needed in production areas.
5. Responsible for the maintenance and placement of the Tops on machines and tables as per FDA guidelines/requirements
6. Will assist with the completion of any Safety Issues that need addressed
7. Responsible for the monthly PMs per the Preventive Maintenance program
8. Will be responsible for informing the Technical Manager of needed supplies for maintenance related items
9. Responsible for physical facility upkeep/maintenance with regard to plumbing basic electrical mechanical.
10. Complies with SQF (Safe Quality Food) standards by promoting a food safety culture.
11. Performs other related duties as assigned.
COMPLIANCE COLLABORATION AND AVAILABILITY
1. Complies with company policies and procedures giving special attention to safety regulations.
2. Report any discrepancies or concerns to Shift Supervisors Quality Control or Management.
3. Responsible for quality of work performed
4. Any travel if required
5. Report promptly at designated start time
6. Be prompt from returning from breaks
7. Follow Work Instructions Visual Aids and Work Orders
8. Report Quality Concerns
9. Clock in and out of both payroll and visual systems accurately
10. Be courteous and helpful to others
11. Use proper ID techniques for traceability to ID parts during production or inspection
12. Must be able to work assigned shifts and days including weekdays/ends and holidays
