Account Executive

Our mission is to empower healthcare providers with innovative tools that facilitate proactive and effective patient management.
As an Account Executive you will own the full sales cycle and build long-term relationships with healthcare organizations ranging from growing provider groups to enterprise digital health companies.
This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives in complex sales environments can navigate multiple stakeholders and enjoys partnering cross-functionally to bring solutions to market. You will be responsible not only for closing new business but also for setting the foundation for successful onboarding and future expansion.
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Identify and pursue opportunities with clinics health systems and digital health organizations
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
Lead discovery conversations to understand clinical operational and business needs
Deliver compelling demos and solution positioning tailored to each prospect
Build relationships with executive clinical operational and technical stakeholders
Partner closely with Account Management Product Ops and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and successful delivery
Navigate pricing contracting and procurement processes
Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot
Stay informed on competitive offerings and effectively position Impilos value
4 years of running full sales cycle
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Management or a related field.
SaaS Service Savvy and ideally have touched
SaaS-savvy. Youve worked with modern product environments and ideally touched healthcare IoT or data-driven platforms.
Strong technical fundamentals. Familiarity with our stack (Angular Spring Boot PostgreSQL) is a bonus but what matters most is that you can learn fast and problem-solve with confidence.
Bridge-builder. You can communicate just as effectively with engineers as you can with non-technical stakeholders making complex ideas feel simple and actionable.

Pay Range: $160k OTE uncapped
