The role also involves supporting class teachers to differentiate lessons so that every pupil can access the curriculum confidently. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions for pupils with SEN

• Support literacy numeracy and communication skill development

• Record and track pupil progress reporting outcomes to the SENCO and teaching staff

• Assist with classroom activities and differentiated lesson delivery

Person Specification

• Previous experience supporting SEN pupils or delivering targeted interventions

• Excellent communication organisational and interpersonal skills

• Patience adaptability and empathy for children with additional needs

• Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 Teaching Assistant ELSA or SEN-specific training

Desirable: Knowledge of Talk Boost Lego Therapy Little Wandle or 1st programs.
