Job Summary
We are delighted to invite applications for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive school community in Maidenhead. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to play an important role in supporting learning across the classroom.

As a Teaching Assistant you will support pupils across the school day helping them to access learning build confidence and achieve their potential. You will work alongside class teachers to support whole-class teaching small group activities and individual learning needs.
You will assist with the preparation of learning resources classroom organisation and daily routines. Supporting pupils academic progress behaviour and emotional wellbeing will be central to your role ensuring children feel safe supported and encouraged to succeed.
The role will involve supporting pupils with a range of abilities including those with additional learning needs. You will help adapt activities to meet individual needs and provide encouragement and reassurance throughout the school day.
Strong relationships with pupils colleagues and parents are highly valued. You will be part of a supportive staff team that works collaboratively to create a positive learning environment where every child feels valued.

Support teaching and learning in the classroom
