A large and well-established school in Ilford East London is seeking an experienced or aspiring SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across primary and secondary phases. Your responsibilities as an SEN Teaching Assistant will include:

Working closely with teachers to adapt learning materials
Supporting pupils during lessons transitions and unstructured times
Managing behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies

Supporting personal care where necessary
Ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
The ideal candidate will:
Have experience supporting children with SEN or vulnerable individuals
