Essential
Degree in Psychology or a related discipline.
QTS/PGCE (or equivalent) with KS4/KS5 teaching experience.
Strong subject knowledge across core Psychology topics and research methods.
Evidence of effective teaching and strong communication skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
Desirable
Experience teaching A-Level Psychology.
Evidence of strong exam outcomes and student progression.
Experience supporting research skills and independent learning.
Ability to contribute to related subjects (e.g. Sociology) is advantageous but not required.
