Working as Technical Consultant Palo Alto

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Medior/Senior Technical Consultant with a focus on Palo Alto Networks to join our team at Orange Cyberdefense. You will be responsible for supporting the installation configuration troubleshooting and maintenance of Palo Alto security solutions in complex enterprise networks.

Ideally you will have 3 years experience with various Palo Alto solutions Strata Panorama Cortex Prisma Access.

You will work on diverse projects collaborate with colleagues and clients and develop your expertise in cybersecurity and network security.

You operate autonomously on high-impact customer projects act as a technical authority within the team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our networking and security services.

You have experience with onsite or remote projects with customers (consultancy) regarding installations configurations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of complex Palo Alto projects from design to implementation and optimization.

• Understanding the security needs of the customers and act as a trusted advisor for customers translating business and security requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis in complex enterprise environments.

• Act as a trusted advisor for customers translating business and security requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Implementation of the purchased solutions according to the known best practises.

• Documentation of the implementations based on scope of work or work packages.
  

Why are we talking to you

• You have 3 years of relevant experience with various Palo Alto solutions Strata Panorama Cortex Prisma Access.

• Bachelors degree or masters degree or equivalent by experience.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Palo Alto solutions in enterprise environments.

• Good knowledge and understanding of Routing & Switching Network and Transport protocols Core Services Network Performance Cyber Security Information Security IT Security Cloud Security (Hyperconverged) (Storage) Network security Network implementation Routing protocols.

• Experience working in a consulting or project-based environment.

• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex security architectures.

• Strong and transparent communication skills enthusiastic team player.

• Good English language skills.

• Any certification related to Palo Alto (PCNSE is required)

• Dutch and/or French language skills
