Job Summary

Army Reserve Post

Role:

Support the Company Commander in planning coordinating and executing the companys operations training and administration. The role includes drafting orders managing resources liaising with higher headquarters and other units overseeing training activities and ensuring the welfare and discipline of personnel. Act as a key enabler ensuring the smooth functioning of the company and supporting the commander in achieving operational and organisational objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and Coordination: Assist the Company Commander in planning and coordinating training operations and administrative activities.
  2. Orders Production: Draft and issue orders instructions and administrative documents in support of company-level activities.
  3. Resource Management: Assist in the management of personnel equipment and other resources to ensure operational readiness and efficiency.
  4. Liaison: Act as a point of contact between the company and higher headquarters other sub-units and external organisations.
  5. Training Support: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of training activities ensuring they align with the units objectives and standards.
  6. Welfare and Discipline: Support the Company Commander in managing the welfare and discipline of personnel within the company.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports returns and assessments as required including after-action reviews and lessons learned.
  8. Contingency Planning: Develop and maintain contingency plans to address potential risks or changes in the operational environment.
