Job Description:
As Head of Operations you will serve as the engine room of Caura scaling a multi-vertical platform. You will own core operational pillars engineer robust processes and ensure strict FCA compliance while leading a high-performance team to deliver seamless service.

What you will do:

Act as the primary operational interface for external enterprise clients and internal engineering teams to align technical roadmaps with commercial goals

The ideal candidate:

Proven track record in world-class operations within fast-growth tech startups preferably in financial services or business-critical apps
Rigorous professional foundation from a blue-chip institution such as consulting investment banking or a top corporate graduate scheme
Exceptional analytical and first-principles thinking skills with obsessive attention to detail and a high-agency approach to solving complex problems
