We are a fast-growing company seeking a full-time Countertop Installer and/or Helper to join our installation team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work and wants to grow in the countertop installation trade.
Responsibilities & Duties
Installation Technician Position Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to assist Lead Installers with the installation of laminate and solid surface countertops. Candidates must have basic industry knowledge prior hands-on experience preferred and be comfortable using power tools in a jobsite environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Installation Technician Abilities & Skills Required:
Ability to lift grasp and carry countertops and/or materials weighing up to 75 lbs
Basic experience using power tools
Strong attention to detail and workmanship
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
Reliable punctual and safety-conscious
