Join Our Team as an Industrial Cleaner
Due to continued growth we are recruiting multiple Industrial Cleaners to support manufacturing activities within our Letterkenny facility.
Reporting to Production Supervisors these hands-on roles focus on cleaning and preparing switchgear and modular builds to ensure quality standards are met and products are ready for testing and shipment.
Key responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare switchgear and modular builds for factory witness testing (FWTs) and shipment to site.
- Support production flow by maintaining cleanliness and readiness of equipment.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
- Monitor quality output and report any issues or deviations.
- Report equipment faults or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean safe and organised working environment.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety Quality and Company procedures.
- Support team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Participate in shift work and overtime as required.

Essential Skills Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing production or industrial environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures
- Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A reliable safety-conscious approach to work
Desirable Skills Qualifications/Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems.
- Previous shift work experience.
