Team Overview:The Fund Management team is responsible for fund performance acting as the interface with the client and as liaison with all the other departments of the business with regard to the fund. As such the role is both internal and external facing. It involves close teamwork with the Asset Management Transaction Finance Financing teams and Senior Management as well as liaising with external service providers and the clients.

Role and Accountabilities:

  • Check transaction cash flows to assess the strategic fit of new acquisitions and disposals

  • Calculate asset and fund returns including maintenance of the fund model to forecast asset and fund level returns.

  • Contribute detailed analysis for liquidity management risk management and strategic planning on portfolio level

  • Assist in annual budget and strategic planning process on asset level

  • Conducting a wide range of ad hoc analyses as required by fund manager

  • Coordinate valuation of the portfolio and assist in reviewing the valuation

  • Maintain and update portfolio database regularly and liaise with asset managers to collect the portfolio data.

  • Prepare investor reports and internal fund management reports. Present to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Closely collaborate with all other departments of the firm as well as senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Up to 1-2 years proven experience and expertise in real estate market(s)

  • University degree with a strong academic record in business economics finance statistics or quantitative subjects preferred

  • Understanding of investment and valuation concepts preferred

  • Experience in cash flow modelling compulsory

  • Fluent in English & German (spoken & written)

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team within an international environment

  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

  • Adaptable team player with the ability to operate autonomously when needed in a demanding environment

  • Excellent Excel Word and PowerPoint skills ideally Argus; effective use of AI

  • Curiosity to learn and grow
