Über das Team

Unser Fund Management Team in München verantwortet die Performance unserer Fonds und agiert als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Investoren und allen internen Bereichen. Die Rolle kombiniert strategische Portfoliosteuerung mit enger Zusammenarbeit über Asset Management Transaction Finance und Senior Management hinweg sowie mit externen Partnern und Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

Deal Analysis:Prüfung von Transaktions-Cashflows zur Bewertung strategischer Akquisitions- und Disposal-Opportunitäten

Performance Management:Berechnung von Asset- und Fondsrenditen sowie Pflege von Fondsmodellen zur Prognose zukünftiger Returns

Strategic Planning:Detaillierte Analysen für Liquiditätsmanagement Risikomanagement und strategische Portfolioplanung

Budget & Forecasting:Unterstützung bei jährlichen Budgetierungs- und strategischen Planungsprozessen auf Asset-Ebene

Valuation Coordination:Koordination der Portfoliobewertung und kritische Review-Unterstützung

Data Management:Regelmäßige Pflege der Portfoliodatenbank in enger Abstimmung mit Asset Managern

Reporting & Presentation:Erstellung professioneller Investorenberichte und interner Management-Reports für interne und externe Stakeholder

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Unternehmensbereichen sowie dem Senior Management

Ad-hoc Analysis:Durchführung vielfältiger Ad-hoc-Analysen nach Bedarf des Fund Managers

Dein Profil

Qualifikation:Universitätsabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft Volkswirtschaft Finance Statistik oder quantitativen Fächern mit hervorragendem akademischen Profil

Expertise:1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Immobilienmarkt

Financial Modeling:Fundierte Erfahrung in Cashflow-Modellierung (zwingend erforderlich)

Fachkenntnisse:Verständnis von Investment- und Bewertungskonzepten von Vorteil

Sprachkompetenz:Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Technical Skills:Exzellente Excel- Word- und PowerPoint-Kenntnisse idealerweise Argus; effektiver Einsatz von KI-Tools

Persönlichkeit:Starke analytische Fähigkeiten hohe Detailgenauigkeit und Teamfähigkeit bei gleichzeitiger Eigenständigkeit
