Job Summary
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science IT or related field
38 years of experience in Software Testing / QA
Strong understanding of:
o SDLC & STLC
o Defect lifecycle and severity classification
o Manual and/or automation testing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver bad news constructively
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira TestRail ALM)
Preferred Skills
Experience in risk-based testing
Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
Ability to interpret KPIs and QA metrics critically
Knowledge of production support or release management
