Job Summary
BHS Corrugated North America is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support our operations in Piscataway NJ. This role is ideal for a working leader who thrives on the floor knows how to guide a team and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
What Youll Do
Lead day-to-day M2P operations ensuring materials components and assemblies are staged and delivered efficiently to support production schedules
Supervise coach and develop M2P technicians setting clear expectations around safety quality and productivity
Actively participate in daily work as needed supporting the team during high-volume or time-sensitive periods
Coordinate closely with Production Service Logistics and Engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution
Monitor inventory flow material accuracy and process efficiency; identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Enforce safety standards company policies and best practices across the department
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role within manufacturing material handling or production support
Strong understanding of shop-floor operations material flow and inventory control
A true player-coach mindsetcomfortable leading while also contributing hands-on
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced industrial environment
