Isnt afraid to answer the phone & talk to strangers
Isnt afraid of making 100 calls per day
Isnt afraid to call a lead within 60 seconds of opting into ads
Isnt afraid of following up with leads 30 times to get them scheduled
Is a BIG BELIEVER in overcoming objections

D1 Training is in need of a high energy enthusiastic person to WIN GAMES in our Sales Role. This position involves prospecting/list-building making a large volume of outgoing calls (100 per 4 hours) constantly and relentlessly following up on leads setting and closing in-person sales meetings and selling all of our D1 services.
Must be a self-motivated team oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness who can sell ANYTHING. Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. If you are still reading this job posting & want to following should be true about you:

I will reach out to a lead 30 times before I give up ill go back to the same campus 30 times before I give up & I dont allow reject after attempt 31 to break my spirits.

Compensation: Hourly $15-$18/hr commission competitions/awards
Job Types: Part-time

Location: In-Person at facility Weekdays & Some Weekends Hours Vary. (facility opens as early as 5am closes as late as 9pm)
