The Inside Service Representative is responsible for supporting the Field Service Organization and Radiometer customers by managing service contract renewals identifying revenue opportunities and ensuring accurate documentation. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and compliance for medical equipment in hospitals clinics and laboratories.

This position reports to the Manager Service Contracts and is part of the Service Contracts and Coordination Team located in Brea CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive service contract renewals and proactively identify billable opportunities to support revenue growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM/ERP systems to manage customer data contracts and work orders while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Field Service and internal teams to secure purchase orders and maximize service revenue through efficient coordination.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Associates degree or equivalent with 2 years relevant experience - OR - Bachelors Degree or Danaher experience in customer service call center coordination or sales environment preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office CRM and ERP systems and strong attention to detail for documentation and compliance.
  • Ability to work a set 8-hour shift anytime between 5am 7pm

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Basic math skills and statistical knowledge

The hourly range for this role is $27 - $29. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
