Job Summary
We are seeking for
Your Responsibilities
- Independently provide information sessions on studying at KLU
- Attending career fairs and info sessions as a representative of KLU
- Giving Info Sessions
- Helping the Student Recruiting Team with setting up events
- Administrative tasks
- Answering e-mails from international prospects
- Organizing merch as well as brochures in the marketing storage
- Supporting other departments like Marketing and Communication with certain tasks (e.g. podcasts brochures)
Your qualifications
- Enrollment as a regular student at a state-recognized university.
- Very good English language skills in written and spoken communication.
- Strong service orientation confident and engaging demeanor good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for communicating with diverse target groups.
- Structured meticulous and reliable work approach.
- Enjoy working in a team.
- Availability on-site and flexibility to work occasionally in the evenings and at weekends (room handovers accompanying excursions and events).
