Global Sales&Services Operations (GSSO) is the team that helps shape Gartners mission-critical sales priorities and works with sales & services leaders to drive tactical and analytical insights. As an associate on the GSSO teamyoullbe at the forefront of the ongoing transformation of Gartners sales force which delivers approximately $4.9B in annual revenue andworkingto drive sustained double-digit growth. You will partner with business leaders across Gartner to support a global sales forcecomprisedof more than 5000 associates who sell to every major functionindustryand market sector around the world.

The Manager Data Analytics role is part of theSales & ServicesReporting & Automation teamthatstands at the forefront of developingcutting-edgeautomated data solutions for Gartners Global Sales and Services Delivery teams. What you will do:

• Initiative Leadership:Spearhead and champion automation initiatives aimed at streamlining data processes. Enhance business efficiency and agility by implementing innovative solutions that push the boundaries ofwhatspossible.
• Oversee the full life cycle of planned data metrics and analytics initiatives ensuring they align with organizational goals.
• Developand executecomprehensiveproject plans involving cross-functional teams.
• Craft compelling executive-level communications and presentations that effectively convey complex data insights and strategies.
• Team Leadership& Technical Proficiency:Lead inspire and nurture a talented team ofup to5data analysts. Foster a culture of teamwork collaboration and continuous improvement contributing to a positive and productive work environment where everyone your technical mastery to provideanalystsguidance and trainingwithin the teams core skillset including SQL Python and Power BI.
• Strategic Collaboration:Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into actionable automated data insights. Drive informed decision-making across the organization by providing data-driven recommendations and solutions.
• Stakeholder Management:Cultivate andmaintainstrong relationships with stakeholders by effectively communicatingAnalyticsAutomationsstrategies and priorities. Ensure alignment and understanding across all levels of the organizationfacilitatingseamless collaboration.
• Data Quality:Uphold the highest standards of data quality and protection. Ensure adherence to control structures that guarantee the accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data channels promoting trust and reliability in our data-driven decisions.

What you will need:

• Educational Background:8 years of professional experience supported by a degree in Engineering Math Statistics or related fields. Your academic foundation will be complemented by a passion for data analytics and innovation.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Exhibit expert SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation enabling the creation of innovative data solutions that drive business success.
• Preferred experience in Python and essential libraries such as NumPy and Pandas with a proventrack recordof creating efficient ETL processes preferably in Databricks. Solid hands-on experience with traditional data engineering tasks such as building analytical data records is highly valued.
• Master data visualization techniques and tools for impactful storytelling through dashboards with a primary focus on Power BI
• Leadership:Demonstrateproven experience in mentoring and managing a team of data analysts. Ensure that data analytics best practices are followed fostering an environment of excellence and continuous learning.
• Project Management:Bring experience in leading initiatives with cross-functional creating and executing comprehensive project plans. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to engage effectively with senior leaders and manage multiple stakeholders with ease.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Exhibit expert SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation enabling the creation of innovative data solutions that drive business success.
