Job Skills / Requirements
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Security Guards for a Retail/Concierge commercial site. The successful candidates will maintain a safe and secure environment while providing strong customer service in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:
- 23 years of security experience
- Police Foundations diploma required
- Valid Security Guard Licence
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Use of Force certification required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional customer-focused and reliable
- Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts
- Able to patrol stand and respond to incidents for extended periods
Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols
- Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents
- Handle trespassers and unauthorized individuals professionally
- De-escalate conflict situations
- Complete incident and occurrence reports
- Provide concierge-level customer service
- Follow site post orders and company procedures
Wage: $18.25/hour
Shift Schedule:
12-Hour Continental Shifts
