Key job responsibilities
1) Deliver clear timely reporting on key business trends applying statistical rigor to surface insights and simplify complex data for broad audiences.
2) Design build and maintain core metrics dashboards and recurring analyses that support day-to-day decision making and long-term planning.
3) Respond quickly and thoughtfully to high-priority analytical requests from senior business leaders balancing speed with data quality and accuracy.
4) Partner with data scientists to support the development validation and operationalization of descriptive and predictive models.
5) Translate model logic and outputs into scalable datasets metrics and dashboards that can be reliably consumed by business and operational teams.
6) Own and monitor data pipelines that enable model training scoring and performance tracking over time.
7) Ensure data quality and documentation standards across reporting and modeling workflows proactively identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
Basic qualifications
- 3 years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift Oracle NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau Quicksight or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2 DynamoDB S3 and Redshift
- Experience in data mining ETL etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale complex datasets

Central Strategy and Operations Analytics team is looking for a talented and driven Business Intel Engineers who can extract meaning from large volumes of data to make the right business decisions. You will leverage your passion for BI to seek out and structure data to propel our insights and analytics capabilities forward. You will work closely with senior leaders to understand their information needs and then build scalable solutions to deliver the key insights to make business decisions.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
