Job Summary
We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain residential and commercial buildings located in Downtown Oahu. All candidates must successfully complete a background check have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle. Applicants should possess hands-on experience in maintenance including basic skills in plumbing electrical work HVAC carpentry painting drywall and grounds maintenance. KeyResponsibilities:
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and repairs including:
Basic plumbing electrical work mechanical systems heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) painting/drywall and grounds maintenance.
Ensure that mechanical equipment and systems are functioning properly and perform repairs as needed.
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with property managers vendors and customers.
Engage in constant movement including standing walking bending and stretching throughout shifts.
Lift push and pull weights ranging from 50 to 75 pounds.
Walk and stand for extended periods and bend frequently during the shift.
Create and maintain work orders. Create and maintain purchase orders.
Complete any additional maintenance-related tasks as assigned by the HBM supervisor or property management.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must pass a background check.
Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Customer service-oriented approach
General maintenance experience
Basic mathematical skills
Previous experience in creating and maintaining work orders and purchase orders.
Strong attention to detail.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow
Schedule:Monday to Friday 6:00a.m. - 2:30p.m.
Compensation: $19.00/per hour
