Speech Language Pathologist Diagnostician

Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Pediatric Outpatient Therapy this role you will evaluate treat and support children with communication feeding and developmental needs while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to empowering families and improving outcomes.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients
• Document evaluations progress notes billing and treatment plans using EMR systems
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Establish goals and measure progress according to the clients Plan of Care
• Manage assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPA(s)
• Coordinate care with school staff early intervention programs case managers parents/guardians and clinical directors
• Provide education and support to clients and families to promote carryover and success at home

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Florida licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Medicaid and National Provider Number (NPI) preferred
• Previous pediatric experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and EMR systems
• Flexibility strong organizational skills and commitment to professional growth
• Demonstrates integrity tact and sound judgment
• Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle as required for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
