Role Overview
We have a central EMEA UX (User Experience) team with the aim to transform clients to users and push their User Experience on Unify & Reporting to the next level. Crucial to this success are the experts we have in the different countries. The local experts are the interface for our local colleagues with CORE and guiding partners for our clients.
As Local UX Expert you will be reporting into the Local UX Team Lead with the primary goal to support our clients with best-in-class training report consulting & delivery. You will be working very closely with CORE who will be responsible for the report delivery to our clients.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Unify & reporting solutions. He has the ability to work with clients to understand their needs and translate them into requests. He is willing to work closely with CORE and other UX local teams across EMEA.
Job Responsibilities
Provide Unify & Report Consulting in client meetings
Create Unify Training & workshops (internal & external) that excite
Know how to create first class reports and drive improvements
Close partnering with CORE & Unify related team
Define & adjust best practice for Unify topics
Requirements
