Job Summary
Tasks List
1. Understand manage follow up RFI/RFP process
2. Manage meetings with all stakeholders - internal and external (organize/clarify agenda/clear up doubts/report) 3. Review/produce Document business processes requirements use cases defects functional diagrams architectural design principles
4. Participate and support the end-to-end project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
5. Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
6. Facilitate and document meetings workshops and project status updates.
7. Work closely with developers testers and project managers to validate functional specifications and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
8. Assist in test planning user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect management.
9. Manage risks and come up with mitigation strategies.
10. Maintain up-to-date documentation and change logs throughout the project.
11. Manage planning and milestones
12. Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
13. Propose solutions problem solving & incident follow up
Conformity Criterias :
1. Masters degree
2. Proven expertise in drafting reviewing and evaluating RFP/RFI
3. Certified Prince 2 foundation & SCRUM Master certified - with proven project follow up.
4. 15 as Project Manager & IT analyst
5. Proven project management of project over 2M
6. Tri-language ENG/FR/NL - (C1 - English/B2 for French/B2 for Dutch)
7. The contractor needs to come on premise Monday & Thursday plus additional days when requested.
Evaluation Criterias:
1. Detail-oriented person who seeks to fully understand situations by gathering all relevant information before forming conclusions
2. Proven working experience with foreign suppliers in general
3. A proactive and assertive individual who engages suppliers directly seeks detailed explanations and addresses issues head-on
4. An open people-oriented individual who listens carefully understands development aspects and collaborates in a friendly manner
5. Proven experience in project follows up (Participate in and support the end-to-end project lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support)

a. Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
b. Support end-users during UAT and deployment.
c. Affinity with programming languages ()
d. Solid knowledge about databases (writing SQL queries SQL Server Management Studio)
